PRIVATE PENTHOUSE - SANTO DOMINGO
Keeping track of our previous experiences on this unit we managed all aspects of the project, using the Design-Build we were able to present constant 3D updates to owners during the three main bathrooms demolition phase and posterior renovation.
PRIVATE RESIDENCE - CIUDAD LA PALMA
Here we worked along all family members to provide a modern remodeled kitchen to their vacational home in Punta Cana. Managing all subcontractors during execution process and post-delivery functioning follow up.
VIVERO 44 - CASA DE CAMPO
On this project our client already hired an interior designer, therefore we served as their remodeling contractor to execute their ideas and bringing back to life all four main bathrooms of this old Luxury Villa along with some minors wateproofing repairs, plumbing and painting around other areas of the house.
